This is what Anna Hogbin shared about the party-

What could be sweeter than a shabby chic high tea party for your girlfriends?  For this soiree I wanted to gather together the ladies in my life to spoil with a delectable afternoon tea.

I created a simple dessert table of cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and a small lolly buffet. Pastel pink and white was my chosen color scheme, which was carried through to the coordinating desserts and candy, attractively displayed on pieces of my milk glass collection.I made an easy DIY backdrop with pink and white paper pom poms in a large heart shape, attached to a whiteboard with a staple gun.

To make my guests feel extra special, I set each place setting on the tea table with a pretty teacup, custom lolly bag, handmade luncheon menu and heart-shaped cookie. Lace doily buntings were strewn across the room, creating a romantic and feminine atmosphere. Mason jars adorned with paper heart doilies and string were filled with fresh blooms on each table.

Do you have a special occasion that you would like to share? I’d love to see it!
